They had no system for waiting (lines, names being called). When I finally got help, the rep was on Instagram while trying to help me with my issue. The rep seemed to get frustrated when I asked questions or informed them of what I had already tried to fix my problem, which included calling customer service. Going to this store again will be a last option.
